Crystals have amazing powers.
Crystals are a wonderful tool, they have an energy coming from them. When you meditate hold a clear quartz in your non dominant hand, and relax. You will begin to feel like a tingling in your palm, this will travel up your arm into your body. The energy is gentle and peaceful, it will not harm you only help you. Try other crystals and you will feel different energy flows. Some will be protective, while others will be healing and loving.

I am amazed at these wonderful phenomenons. Taking photos is such a joy and so special when you are able to see spirit. Those absolutely beautiful sparkly spheres in our photos that just appear when you take your photo. The digital camera has brought about a change in what we really see in photos. Next time it happens to you really look inside the circle or blur in your picture and you will see more. It takes spirit a lot of energy to appear for you so it really a honour to see one.

Crystals to help with your self esteem.
At some stage in our lives most of us lack confidence and self esteem. Usually this self doubt is caused by blockages from past events, that we have let build up over time. This could also be from past life issues. There are several crystals that will help us to overcome these obstacles. The lovely Malachite can help to draw out all our negative thoughts. Black Obsidian will also help to bring up and out into the open your old fears and emotions. Once faced, confidence can build and you can start to heal. Crystals and the Root Chakras.
The Root Chakra is at the base of your spine. The colour associated with it is the colour red. If you have blockages in your root chakra it can cause problems in your legs, feet and discomfort in the bowel. If unbalanced it can also cause you to become angry for little reason. Red toned crystals are associated with this chakra, one for instance is Red Jasper this is a beautiful crystal to help to cleanse this chakra. It helps to stay grounded so that your root chakra will be more balanced. Archangel Uriel is also associated with the Root chakra.

Essential Oils have been with us for many years, but have been acknowledged more only over the last few years with the higher interest in Aromatherapy. You can lift your spirits litterally by breathing in the wonderful aroma of say lavender. It works for people as it does for Angels. Crystals and Pet Reiki
I feel so enriched when I can help an animal. Animals recognize both crystal and reiki energy, sometimes more so than humans. We tend to dull some of our senses, where as animals use all of their senses. Crystals are a gentle energy, but you have to take caution when using them with animals. So the animal does not swallow the crystal. Just by placing certain crystals under their sleeping rug, will help them.
